Activity and stuff!
Jools Progress
Jools is making good progress after her stroke on December 4th, she has now been signed off by the hospital rehab team and has a Dr's appointment on January 23rd.
Her work has been amazing and although she has a while to go yet they are supporting her while she recovers both her physical health and her mental health.
She's got an 'online' meeting with her employers today, we'll have to wait and see how that pans out.
Thank you all for your wonderful support and messages of well being, it means the world to her.
See you all soon. (Paul)
Health update
To our wonderful supporters:
Jools had a stroke on Wednesday 4th December, now, whilst it wasnt the debilitating type of stroke that can cruelly take away movement and affect motor movement, this was what is known as a sensory stroke.
This has affected the complete right side of her body, she has little feeling in her limbs and hand although, as predicted by the Dr's, this is gradually getting better and hopefully she should regain all feeling as her brain learns how to find new ways to process the information.
It's a shock, it's very serious but it isn't the end and with determination and the right type of help and support (she gets 3 visits a week from healthcare specialists) she should be fine.
We have decided to take a break until March, we will return on 15th March at The Townhouse in Lymington and the week after on 21st March at The Newtown.
The rest of the gig diary will be fulfilled but we will not be taking any more gigs for 2025.
I'm sure you'll all join me in wishing Jools a speedy recovery and a return to music and playing 'live' once again.
Thanks
Paul

Apology
Hi everyone,
Today we had to cancel our upcoming gig st The Inn In The Furlong in Ringwood due to the ill health of a couple of our band members.
We'd like to apologise but have to add that our health must always come first, we hate having to cancel and only consider it as a last resort.
We'll be back on September 20th at the Doc Bike rally and on the 21st at The Lord Nelson.
